Shipping policy

At Goddess Creativity, we currently offer shipping exclusively within South Africa.

We carefully prepare and package each order before it leaves our studio. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery expected within 2–4 business days after dispatch (depending on your location, courier timelines and your required personalisation for personalised products).

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of R75 for all regions within South Africa and allow collections BY APPOINTMENT in Centurion (you will be provided with the collection address when collection is confirmed).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive any available tracking details to help you follow your parcel’s journey.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
